Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to process and ship your bedding sets as quickly as possible. Because of this fast-paced fulfillment process, we have a limited window in which an order can be cancelled or modified. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations.

Cancellation Timeframe

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 12 to 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping phase.

We encourage you to contact us immediately if you change your mind. Once our warehouse team has printed the shipping label or the package has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Yun Express), we are no longer able to cancel the order.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer support team via email.

  2. Subject Line: Please use the subject line: “CANCEL ORDER [Your Order Number]”. This allows our system to prioritize your request.

  3. Details: Include your full name and the reason for the cancellation in the body of the email.

We will review your request and verify the status of your order. If the order is still pending, we will process the cancellation and notify you via email.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a full refund immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that while we issue the refund instantly on our end, banks and credit card companies may take 5-10 business days to post the funds back to your account.

Late Cancellation Requests

If you contact us after your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In this scenario, the order will be delivered to you as scheduled.

Once you receive the package, if you still do not wish to keep the item, you may proceed with a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.

Modifications to Orders

Similar to cancellations, changes to the shipping address, size, or color of the bedding set must be requested immediately. If the order has already been processed, we cannot modify the details. Please ensure all your information is correct at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
