Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to get your new bedding to you as soon as possible. Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 6-11 business days. Therefore, you can expect to receive your package within 8-15 business days from the date of purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for large orders.

  • Orders under $499.00: Flat rate of $12.95.

  • Orders $499.00 and above: Free Standard Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Lapiso ships exclusively to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

Why did I receive two separate tracking numbers?

To ensure faster delivery, we utilize multiple warehousing facilities. If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different locations depending on stock availability. This means your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking details for each package.

My tracking number isn’t working. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Yun Express) to scan your package and update the tracking status.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that show signs of use.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size or color?

Please choose carefully. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you have selected the incorrect size, color, or design. We provide detailed size charts on our product pages, and we encourage you to measure your mattress and bedding needs before placing an order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a defective item or if we sent the wrong product by mistake, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for store errors.

Who pays for return shipping?

For eligible returns (excluding damaged or incorrect items sent by us), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product & Care

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Bedding sizes can vary by region and brand. We strongly recommend checking the Size Chart located on each product page. Please measure your current duvet insert, mattress, and pillows to ensure the dimensions match our products before purchasing.

How should I wash my Lapiso bedding?

To maintain the quality and softness of your bedding, we generally recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Please refer to the specific care label attached to your product for the best results.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Our team processes orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to modify or cancel it.
