We understand that you are eager to receive your new bedding, and we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with Lapiso, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Destination and Eligibility
Currently, Lapiso ships exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please note that for logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Customers must provide a physical residential or commercial address for delivery. If a P.O. Box is entered as the shipping address, we will contact you for an alternative address, which may delay your order processing time.
Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment after payment has been verified. This includes picking your items from our inventory, performing quality checks, and packaging your bedding set securely.
Our standard processing time is 2 to 4 business days.
Please understand that business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (CST) or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may extend slightly, but we will always communicate any significant delays.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the shipping time begins. The estimated transit time for delivery is 6 to 11 business days.
Therefore, the total time to receive your order (Processing + Shipping) typically ranges from 8 to 15 business days. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. External factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume traffic can occasionally impact these timelines.
Shipping Rates
We aim to keep our shipping costs transparent and affordable. Our shipping fees are calculated based on the order total (after discounts and before taxes):
For orders under $499.00, we charge a flat shipping rate of $12.95. For orders of $499.00 and above, we offer free standard shipping.
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Carriers and Logistics
To ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible, we utilize a network of reliable shipping partners, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Yun Express. The carrier chosen for your specific order depends on the size of the package and the destination.
Please note that Lapiso operates with multiple warehousing facilities. Depending on the specific items you purchase and current stock availability, your order may be shipped from different locations. This ensures we can get the product to you from the closest available facility. Consequently, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will be provided with tracking information for each individual package.
Order Tracking
Transparency is key to our service. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving the email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Lapiso is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. However, once a package has left our facility, we are unable to redirect it.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While rare, issues can occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a claim and replacement.
If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking around your property, with neighbors, or with your building manager. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and then notify us so we can support the investigation.
